ALERT: 

If you have symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath, call us at 1-800-423-2111 before visiting us.  For other concerns, you may be able to access VA care from home by phone or using VA virtual care options. For more information about COVID-19-, visit for COVID-19 https://www.va.gov/coronavirus/.

Currently, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) has a "NO VISITOR" policy and no one under the age of 18 at any CTVHCS facilities until further notice.  CTVHCS is actively screening everyone for symptoms, to include a temperature checks, entering our buildings at main entry points.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.   Effective Staff/visitors with 100 degree or greater temperature will be sent home and referred to their Primary Care Providers.  Veterans with 100 degree or greater temperature will be referred to the ED or secondary screening depending on their symptoms and health care needs.  To expedite the screening process, Veterans and staff with smart phones may text "Screen" to 5 Finish 3079, answer the screening questions, and show the phone screen to security personnel when being screened upon entry to buildings each day.
