Central Texas Veterans Health Care System
The Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Temple, Texas, selects two to three one year residents annually. All residency programs at the CTVHCS in medicine and dentistry are under the Texas A&M School of Medicine Dean’s Committee. The AEGD program is fully accredited by the American Dental Association. The distinct advantage of the program is lack of specialties to diminish the general practice residents' experiences.
