Central Texas Veterans Health Care System offers support to Family members and loved ones who serve as Caregivers to Veterans living with the effects of war, disability, chronic illness or aging. VA values the sacrifices Caregivers make to help Veterans remain at home and recognize they are the critical link to ensuring Veterans have the highest quality care and optimal wellness. If you are the Family Caregiver of a Veteran who was injured post-9/11, you may be eligible for additional services through VA, including a stipend, comprehensive training and medical coverage through VA if you are not already covered by a plan.
